Jason Started his property Career in 1990 selling real estate in Dunedin for Don Kindley Real Estate.  He then moved on to Valuation and has been involved in Valuation and Real estate since then. 

Jason Graduated with a bachelor of Commerce in valuation and Property management from Lincoln University in 1995 and then valued in the Gore area for 10 years.  In 1998 he purchased the valuation business of Peter Compton – Valuer from Balclutha and added that to his Gore business.  In 2004 he bought a share in the Balclutha Paterson’s Realty office with Stuart McElrea.  In 2006 Jason Moved to Dunedin to become General Manager of the Paterson Realty Group, which he did for approximately 2 years.  Paterson Realty was sold in 2008.  In 2010 Jason returned to his valuation roots and set up as an independent valuer in the Dunedin and Clutha area, which he has done for the last 8 years.

I am now at an age and stage in life where I want to be more involved in the sales and marketing of Real estate.  I believe that I have an extensive property background and the ability to provide my clients with exceptional service.
